SISSA opens its Campus to the public on its 40th Anniversary. Guided tours, exhibitions, educational activities, workshops from 14.30 to 20. At 17.15 in the P. Budinich Great Hall, Prof. Davide Cassi (University of Parma) gives a scientific lecture about science in the kitchen. This is followed by a scientific aperitif in the open-air amphitheatre, presented by the journalist Dario Bressanini.
