Il Mito dell’arte africana nel ‘900

From Picasso to Man Ray, from Calder to Basquiat and Matisse. The exhibition aims to explore how twentieth-century artists such as Picasso, Man Ray, Calder, Basquiat and Matisse were influenced by African art, through a journey made up of comparisons and feedback. The viewer is initially immersed in works of African art - over 100 plastic and sculptural works from sub-Saharan Africa, selected by the curators Vincenzo Sanfo, Anna Alberghina and Bruno Albertino, and thereafter invited to capture their essence in the works created by twentieth-century artists - over 50 works of European art. Geronimo Stilton Live Experience Viaggio nel Tempo

This exhibition is based on the time travel saga, of the best-selling book by Geronimo Stilton since 2004, which tells the story of Geronimo Stilton through the various eras of history. In order to discover the history of our world together, visitors will be accompanied through the journey of the exhibition by the Rangers of the time, via interactive games. Lost Places

Artistic photographs of the cycle ''Testimony of lost time” which portrays historical structures abandoned throughout Europe, including buildings in Trieste, such as the Gasometro, Palazzo Carciotti and Porto Vecchio, with the aim of viewing the empty spaces and the transformations that move through time and nature in the absence of man. The exhibition displays nearly 60 artworks of various sizes by the Austrian photo artist Barbara Essl.

Espressioni a confronto - II edizione

Now in its second edition, this event hosts the exhibition of the works of non-professional artists, each on display with some artworks chosen to represent his thoughts and emotions, exhibit his vision of the world, as well as the technique of the free use of different styles and materials. Co-organised with the Rivel'Art group of artists from Trieste.

Natura biorobotica
from 24 August to 24 September
The exhibition is part of the Robotics Festival, Festival of Art and Robotics and other technologies, IV edition, and focuses on the theme of the union between nature and new technologies, to bind the definition of nature - biorobotics, as per studies and research conducted by both artists and scientists. The aim is one of promoting the update of techno-scientific innovation in the artistic field and implementing research worldwide. Exhibition curated by Gruppo 78 International Contemporary Art.
